Glistening snow

Used:
Wet n wild, french white creme
Milani, hd
Essie, not just a pretty face

I did one coat pf essie as my base color. I then sponged on the white and dry brushed on the glitter. I loved how it mimicked the look of snow on the ground. It was so pretty.
