Needed:
- Sheer Polish (OPI Bubble Bath)
- Glitter Polish (Wet n Wild Crystal)
- Glitter Polish (Wet n Wild Kaleidoscope)
- Top Coat (Clear)
This is the simple breakdown of the coats used for this mani:
- Two coats of Bubble bath
- One coat Crystal
- One coat Wild Kaleidoscope
- One coat Bubble Bath
- One coat Wild Kaleidoscope
- Two coats Bubble Bath
- Top Coat
I used two glitters cause Crystal is more hexagons and hard to get out while the other one comes out easily and was colorful, which i really like. Another great thing about glitter sandwiches is that they look good with both short nails and long nails. I originally saw this on a different blog and the girl had long square nails and it still looked gorgeous.
There are ways to do this mani without so many coats. If you start with a mostly opaque base and then put a potent glitter and one or two coats of a sheer over you can get a similar effect with less time spent.
