Sweet persian

I saw this adorable 5 year old persian. She's shaved so her fur is shorter then that of a normal persian. I couldn't resist taking a few pictures of her and posting them. I wish I could have another cat!!! Well I hope you think she's as cute as I do and have a perfectly polished day

Electrify

Ok. Today is only a bottle pic because I'm too excited not to share.

This is one of the capital colors that I was dying to get and finally did. ON SALE. AT SALLYS.
So that's all for today and hopefully ill have a swatch for you soon. Enjoy and have a perfectly polished day!!!

Paying with platnium

Needed:
  • clear base
  • Color base (marabou, essie)
  • Color base (paying with platinum, spoiled)
This mani was really simple though it required a few more coats then I prefer. To get the gray duo completely opaque i needed 4 coats. Marabou needed three. Which really disappoints me though i love the color. I used a pink striper to add the extras to the accent nails and ta da. Well hope you enjoy and have a perfectly polished day!!!

Glitter sandwhich with a bit of ombre

Needed:
  • base coat (kiss sheer pink)
  • Base color (sally hansen mellow yellow, 360)
  • base color (essie, not just a pretty face)
  • glitter coat (wet n wild Fergie, tonights gonna be a good night)
It is official I love black glitter!!! This is my first in my collection and I am totally in love with it. Plus I got this one and another Fergie polish for under $3.50. That was definitely a good night. Thank you coupons! So I went with a simple glitter ombre to show of my favorite new baby.
I had to use three coat of mellow yellow to get it completely opaque. I only needed one coat to get the ombre effect because this glitter is stock full of awesomness.
On my accent nails i did a glitter sandwhich that went. Two essie, one fergie, one Essie, one fergie. It was probably the least coats i ever did for a jelly sandwhich!!!
Well that's all and i hope you enjoy and have a perfectly polished day!!!

Jamberry nails: post 3

I'm not really happy with these. They seem to lift at the center instead of sticking to your nails. Plus if you enjoy having different nails a lot these really aren't for you. And if little imperfections like lifting then there not for you either.
But if you need a quick nail job and arent great at nail art tgen you should probably give them a try. You might just need to use a high blow dryer setting ( I chose low cause I was afraid they would get distorted by the heat.)
Personally I rather th old fashion way. Well enjoy and have a perfectly polished day!!!

Day 2: jamberry nail shields

Today I added glitter to tge white to make me a little happier. I used Spoiled Battle of the Sexes. I love this glitter and it makes the white look so much better with the nail shield.
So far the only problem I've faced with these is that in the middle of the nail the shield kinda lifted at the top. But overall they've been pretty good.
Well that's all for now. Enjoy and have a perfectly polished day!!!

Day 1: Jamberry nail shields

I just got a sample of a jamberry nail strip. I used it on my accent nails on both hands because one strip is good for two nails.
They come with instructions on how to apply too. Unlike regular nail strips you have to use a hairdryer to heat up the strip, but they are expected to last for two weeks and you get more strips for your money.
Today they look really good and were actually pretty easy to apply. I did my other nails with white and clear glitter. They look very interesting but they aren't my favorite.
Ill update every day or so hopefully and well see if these strips outlast my actual polish.
Enjoy and have a perfectly polished day!!!

Cosmic nights

Needed:
* colored base (avon empower)
* glitter top coat ( wet n wild kaledescope)
* foil like glitter
This mani had an awsome galaxy look without the work. I did have to place the colored glitter on my accent nail with my wooden tool.
I loved this mani and the colors were awesome. This glitter is like a micro version of opi rainbow connection.
I hope you enjoy and have a perfectly polished day!!!
